　　well在句中单独使用，用以接续或改变话题。other than意为“除了”，表示后面的内容不包含在内。one dayis as good as the next字面意思为“某一天和第二天一样好”，引申为“任何一天都行”。

　　在口语中，表“除了”含义的除other than之外，还有:

　　※ except意为“除了……之外”，表示后面所说的内容不包含在前者的范围内。
