Having heard his son’s words “Dad, I am a bit worried about disposing of nuclear weapons”, the father replies, “If you can empty the dustbin here, you can do anything”, with his fingers pointing the garbage can beside him. Simple as it is, what the picture conveys to us is thought-provoking.

　　Actually, opinions vary from person to person. Nevertheless, most mature individuals shall maintain the same attitude towards the issue as the father does. Even though doing big thing can let people make a fortune or become famous overnight occasionally, in most cases failures are the most possible results for the lack of experience. In contrast, By doing something small, we are able to accumulate experience, skills and manage teams. In other words, we can be well prepared for further challenges in the process of fulfilling small things. For example, If you want to be a well-known movie`s director who owned various wide-spread movies, you probably have to be a assistant first.
