　　After graduation, there always exist a number of options waiting for us to choose. Also as a significant matter, where to start a new life, returning to hometown or migrating to a big city, has recently become a heated discussion.

　　Taking living in a big city as an example, which is also a popular choice among the newly graduating students. Putting the superiorities aside, such as more job opportunities, higher salaries and promising promotion prospects, never should we overlook the challenges that we would be bound to face. To be specific, the expenses in big cities could be the first factor that we should take into account, such as the rent for an apartment and the cost of daily transportation. As a graduate, there would be a possibility that our salaries from junior positions would barely support ourselves in such high consumption metropolis. Furthermore, higher degree holders are also inclined to pursue higher quality of life, thus making them flock to big cities, which in turn intensified the severity of the employment circumstance. As a result, we might be under diverse pressure from both our career and the society.

　　All in all, even though the merits of living in big cities are always extremely attractive, one should always keep a clear mind that, there also exist some tough challenges in big cities. Therefore, we ought to continue to improve ourselves in every respect to meet all these potential challenges.
